Pricing & Memberships

What pricing options do you offer?
We offer single classes, class blocks and monthly memberships. Full details are available on the Pricing Page.

What’s the difference between a block and a membership?
Blocks are pre-paid classes with an expiry date. Memberships renew monthly and offer the best value for regular attendance.
How does my membership work?
Memberships are billed monthly on a rolling basis and renew automatically each month from your start date.
Do unused classes roll over to the next month?
No. Classes included in your membership must be used within each billing month and do not roll over.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named member.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Memberships require one full billing cycle’s notice to cancel or pause. Notice must be given before your next payment date.

Can I get a refund or credit for missed classes?
Missed classes cannot be refunded or credited, except in exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion.
What happens if the timetable or instructor changes?
Class timetables and instructors may occasionally change due to holidays, illness, or operational needs.
Do I need to complete any forms before attending?
Yes. All members must complete a health form and accept the liability waiver before attending classes.

Classes

What’s the difference between Reformer and Matwork Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance to build strength and support joints. Matwork Pilates is practiced on a mat on the floor and focuses on bodyweight, control and core strength. Both are highly effective and complement each other well.

Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. All classes are taught in small groups with options to modify or progress exercises.
Will I get individual attention in a group class?
Yes. We keep class numbers small so we can focus on technique, alignment and individual needs.

Injuries & Rehab

Can I attend if I have an injury or back pain?
Often yes, but we recommend contacting us first. Some clients may be better suited to private sessions initially.

Do you offer rehab-focused Pilates?
Yes. Many clients attend Pilates to support recovery, manage pain or improve movement following injury.

Do I need to disclose injuries or medical conditions?
Yes. You’ll be asked to complete a health form before your first session. Please let us know about any injuries or medical conditions on your health form and inform your instructor before class. You are responsible for working within your own limits during sessions.
Private Sessions

How do I book private sessions?
Private sessions are arranged via enquiry only. Please complete the private sessions form on the Private Classes page and we’ll contact you to discuss options.

What private session options do you offer?
We offer 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 private sessions.

Who are private sessions best for?
They’re ideal for rehab, injury management, specific goals, or those wanting a fully personalised, private experience. Also if you want to come with a partner, family member or friend (or in small group of up to four people) and want a private session.
