Our classes

Group reformer classes

Our Reformer Pilates classes are small, supportive and highly personalised.

Using the reformer machine with its springs, straps and moving carriage, these sessions build strength, improve mobility, support joint health and enhance posture — all while being kind to your body.

Our small class numbers mean we can focus on excellent technique, correct alignment and individual needs.

This makes reformer Pilates ideal if you’re:

  • Managing back or joint pain

  • Returning after injury or rehab

  • Wanting to build strength safely and effectively

For those who want to work harder, exercises can be progressed to increase load and challenge — without sacrificing form. You’ll feel worked, energised and noticeably stronger.

Exercises can be progressed or modified depending on your experience, confidence and how your body feels on the day.

Group matwork classes

Our matwork Pilates classes focus on control, technique and intelligent movement.

Working primarily with bodyweight, and small props like balls and bands, these classes strengthen the core, improve posture, mobility and coordination, and help you move with more ease in everyday life.

These classes complement reformer work beautifully but also stand alone as a strong, accessible way to practise Pilates.
