Private sessions offer a fully personalised approach to Pilates, movement and strength.
These sessions are ideal if you want individual attention, tailored programming and a more focused experience.
Private sessions are perfect if you

Have specific rehab or post-injury needs
Are preparing for surgery, sport or a physical goal
Want a bespoke programme to build strength and confidence
Prefer a private setting rather than a shared class

1:1 Private Sessions
2:1 Sessions (train with a partner or friend)
3:1 or 4:1 Small Group Private Sessions
These sessions are also perfect if you’d like to train with a partner, family member or group of friends in a private, dedicated session that is not shared with other clients.
