Service Description
A mixed ability class for all levels. Exercises can be adapted to different needs within the class, and variations will be given to control the intensity of your workout. This class will challenge your body, build strength while also working on mobility and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy
All group classes require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged at full cost. Please let me know at the earliest opportunity if you want to cancel your class so someone else can take your place. Site members can cancel or reschedule classes themselves up to 24 hours before the class start time. To cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice, please contact me directly.
