Gentle Group Reformer Class
Service Description
Suitable for those new to Reformer Pilates or who want a more gentle class. Get to know the Reformer, learn essential moves while building your body awareness and strengthen from within. The class combines strengthening with exercises to improve your posture, mobility and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy
All group classes require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged at full cost. Please let me know at the earliest opportunity if you want to cancel your class so someone else can take your place. Site members can cancel or reschedule classes themselves up to 24 hours before the class start time. To cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice, please contact me directly.
